Description

Dentine hypersensitivity is a common complaint in routine dental practice. Research on dental biomaterials focussed on managing this condition has resulted in several modern commercial products. This presentation aims to categorize these products on the basis of active compounds and mechanism of action. Further, the results of a systematic literature search will provide evidence for the degree of efficacy of these materials.
