MIH is a Developmental Defect of Enamel, resulting from a dysfunctional enamel mineralization process. It is increasing  becoming a concern in children world-wide, and consequently, these children are tending to experience more dental treatment, particularly in relation to dental sensitivity, dental caries and aesthetics. It is, therefore, important for the current clinician to expand his/her knowledge on the diagnosis and the relevance of the impact that MIH has on the oral health of children.

Objectives: To define MIH its diagnosis and management approaches.

Expected Outcomes: The participants should be able to recognize MIH,the pathology associated with MIH and be able to manage patients with MIH.
