Morbidity and Mortality discussion of The case of a 16 year old patient who presented with headache and convulsions. Imaging showed intracerebral and intraventricular hemorrhage, transtentorial and uncal herniation. Decompressive craniectomy, evacuation of hematoma and EVD placement was done.
