In this era of minimally invasive endodontics, it is critical that access cavities be designed in such away that it preserves more tooth structure and hence improves the tooths resistance to fracture and long term survivability.
Objectives
In order to achieve this, it is important for clinicians to employ modern technological armamentarium and devices and decamp from traditional access cavities where the tooth is blown open to more modern approaches such as orifice drven access cavities using appropriate technological soft wares
