Description
The CME offers an opportunity for clinical mentorship and support to trained clinical officers and nurses who offer NCD care at the peripheral facilities. The clinicians/health care workers in the primary health facilities will be able to manage chronic diseases, train community health volunteers to screen and refer the patients who screen positive for NCDs to this facilities for management and follow up.
