Perez Ochanda
Perez is a health economist currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Bergen in Norway. His field of research and practice are in applied health economics, health-related quality of life analyses and economic evaluations in health. He is also affiliated with the Makerere University School of Public health where he contributes to teaching and research in the department of health policy planning and management.
