Abass Tchagouni
Dr. Abass Tchagouni, MD, is an emergency physician, based in Togo. He has been the Head Doctor of the Togo Peace Operations Training Center (CEOMP) since 2017. He oversees pre- deployment medical training for all Togolese soldiers and police before their deployment in the United Nations Peace Operations in Mali, Sudan, Guinea Bissau, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo and in Haiti. In partnership with GPOI (Global Peace Operations Initiative), Dr. Tchagouni trains over 2,000 soldiers and police officers per year. He trains both medical and non-medical personnel
