Low cardiac output state
Ventricular function fall post-CPB
RV failure
Graft and valve failure
Graft failure(myocardial ischemia) can be masked by epicardial pacing
Valve failure – uncommon, early detection
Tamponade
Signs can be masked in hypotensive pt on pressors
Arrhythmias – a.fib
Vasodilation – post-op reduced SVR, rewarming
