Description
End-of-life issues relate to someoneâ??s death and the time just before it,when it is known that they are likely to die soon from the illness or condition. *Goals of care pertains to the interventions aimed at maximal symptom control and maintenance of function without cure/control of underlying condition. *Advanced directives are the documents a person completes while still in possession of decisional capacity about how treatment decisions should be made on their behalf in the event they lose said capacity
