Description
A microbial stewardship programme on To train a range of health care workers(medical officers, pharmacists, pharmtechs, labtechs, clinical officers) who provide primary care in outpatient clinics in Kenya. We will train them on: antimicrobial resistance and antimicrobial stewardship; choice, dose and duration of antibiotic; diagnoses associated with antibiotic prescribing; diagnostic capabilities; stakeholder awareness and commitment; and technologies and resources used in diagnosing and prescribing.
Objectives
