The one-day Kisumu Neurosurgery Symposium 2023 is intended to bring together neurosurgeons from all over the world to discuss the current guidelines and future of neurosurgical care.

Objectives

1. explain the challenges and solutions to providing quality neurosurgical care in developing countries. 2. Identify current management guidelines of traumatic brain and spine injury. 3. Discuss the barriers to neurosurgical training in Africa. 4. Recognize the various surgical and non-surgical treatment options for numerous spine disorders. 5. Discuss surgical management options and issues related to brain tumor and neurovascular surgery.
