Description
The UNON JMS holds regular CME sessions on medical topics of interest with practical impact on service delivery to its clients. These sessions are delivered in person or in hybrid format. The session on electrical injuries was aimed at highlighting the prehospital assessment and management of electrical injuries including preventive safety aspects and subsequent definitive management
Objectives
1. Promote awareness of risks for electrical injury and safety measures to apply as mitigation

3. Apply Pre-hospital management principles in identifying, stabilizing and transferring victims of electrical injury
