The Kenyan Section of the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ Kenya) has organized a webinar titled “Right to Health Legal and Policy Framework: Gaps, Challenges, and Recommendations.” The webinar provides a platform for ICJ Kenya to present the findings from its review of existing legal and policy frameworks related to the right to health in Kenya; offers an informative platform to discuss how the proposed legislative and policy interventions can be leveraged to better respond to emerging issues relating to the right to health; and explore new channels and alternatives to improve legislation and policy that enhance the right to health.
Objectives
